Because your site(s) have not been transferred. Back in June 20, 2008 we sent all active customer an email and snail mail letter. Stating that your domain must be moved in 30 days to our new hosting service. Your 30 days are up. You must start your transfer
process ASAP, your domain name will not be automatically renewed in 2009 unless you transfer it to our new service.
